Please note that once you have booked an appointment we reserve that time in our schedule exclusively for you. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to ensure the appointments following yours can begin on time.
If you fail to show up to an appointment without contacting us you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
