At least 24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
We reserve the right to collect 50% of the total service cost for the cancelled appointment before scheduling another appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to ensure the appointments following yours can begin on time.
